When I first read Spontaneous Evolution, I immediately began re-reading it and taking notes (so as to integrate the material better). There is so much information in this book that when I recommend it to people, I often tell them that I think it should be used as a 'textbook' for the the early stages of life when children/teenagers are first starting to understand the world around them. That is, maybe when they're nearing high school years.
